Recently, people have become very interested in the human living environment as their lifespan has been prolonged, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. In this point of view, a 'Indoor Air Quality' is focused on naval vessels. Therefore, we studied what hazardous materials are, their general characteristics and standard values of these materials. After then, an actual 'Indoor Air Quality' measurement has been performed on two naval ships. From these measured results for two ships, we compared with and analyzed those data. Finally, we suggest that appropriate measurement time and suitable locations(rooms) for Indoor Air Quality measurement in naval vessels and also propose that we need the specific rules and regulations for 'Indoor Air Quality' in ocean environment specially not land base.
