본 연구는 교양교육의 보편성과 학제성을 반영하고 시행할 수 있는 교양 교육과정의 균질성을 확보하는 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 ‘대학의 인재상과 핵심역량을 교수계획서에 반영할 필요가 있다(65%)’, ‘교양강좌의 균질성 확보가 필요하다(55%)’로 나타났으며, 두 가지 질문에 대한 평균이 3.65, 3.47로서 긍정적인 결과를 보였다. 또한 교수계획서를 활용한 교육의 균질성 확보방법으로서 ‘교과교육목표(1순위)’, ‘교과목개요(2순위)’, ‘주교재(3순위)’로 나타났으며, 평가방법을 활용한 교육의 균질성 활보 방법으로는 ‘핵심역량에 따라 학습목표달성을 위한 평가준거를 마련하여 별도로 시행하는 방안(1순위)’, ‘중간과 기말시험 문항을 담당교수진이 공통으로 출제 후 동일 일정에 시험시행(2순위)’로 나타났다. 따라서 교양교육의 질 관리를 위한 방법으로서 교수계획서와 학생평가 방법을 균질화시킬 경우, 교양교육에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 문제를 해결하고, 교육의 질 확보를 실천할 수 있는 것으로 생각한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a method to secure the homogeneity of the cur riculum which can reflect the universality and interdisciplinarity of general education. As a result of the research, it is necessary to reflect the talents and core competencies of the university in the teaching plan (65%), ‘It is necessary to secure homogeneity of ge neral education courses (55%)’. The average of the two questions was 3.65 and 3.47, whic h was positive. In addition, as a method of securing the homogeneity of education using the teaching p lan, it was indicated as ‘Curriculum Education Goal (1st rank)’, ‘Curriculum Overview (2n d rank)’, ‘Main Textbook (3rd rank)’, and also appeared as a method of ensuring homoge neity of education using evaluation methods are ‘measures to establish evaluation criteria for achieving learning goals according to core competencies and to implement them separ ately (1st rank)’, ‘the mid-term and final-term test items are administered by the faculty members in common and perform the test on the same schedule (2nd rank)’. Therefore, I think that it is possible to solve various problems that can occur in genera l education and to secure the quality of education when homogenizing teaching plan and student evaluation method as a method for quality management of general education.
