본 연구는 포스트휴먼을 포용하는 미래형 기초교양교육에서 그라비타스를 향상시키기 위한 시나리오 기반 학습 모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이 모형은 기술적 영향과 윤리적 문제를 다루기 위해 학제 간 지식을 통합하는 데 중점을 두었다. Richey와 Klein(2007)의 모형 개발 프레임워크를 기반으로 시나리오 기반 학습 모형을 설계하였으며, 교양교육 경험이 있는 교육학 박사 2인과 협력하여 융복합 교양 교과에 적합한 초안 모델을 개발하였다. 이후, 5년 이상의 교양교육 경력을 가진 전문가 3인의 검토와 의견을 반영해 1차 모형을 선정하였고, 전문가 5인의 내용 타당성 평가를 통해 최종 모형과 학습 전략을 완성하였다. 제안된 시나리오 기반 학습 모형은 학생들의 비판적 사고, 의사소통 능력, 윤리적 인식을 증진시키며, 안전한 학습 환경을 제공하여 학습자들이 실패를 두려워하지 않고 창의적 사고를 실험할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이를 통해 융복합 교양교육에서 학습자의 적극적 참여와 창의적 문제 해결 능력이 강화될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study aims to develop a scenario-based learning (SBL) model to enhance gravitas in future-oriented foundational liberal arts education that embraces the post-human era. The model focuses on integrating interdisciplinary knowledge to address technological impacts and ethical challenges. Based on the model development framework proposed by Richey and Klein (2007), the SBL model was designed in collaboration with two PhD-level educators experienced in liberal arts education to create a prototype suitable for interdisciplinary courses. The initial model was reviewed by three experts with over five years of experience in liberal arts education, and their feedback informed the selection of the first version. Subsequently, content validity evaluations by a panel of five experts led to the refinement of the final SBL model and the development of associated learning strategies. The proposed SBL model fosters critical thinking, communication skills, and ethical awareness while providing a safe learning environment where students can experiment with creative ideas and learn from failure without fear. It is expected to enhance active participation and innovative problem-solving skills in interdisciplinary liberal arts education.
