결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스에 대한 종단적 변화양상과 변화양상별 영향요인

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스 변화유형을 확인하고, 그 변화유형에 대한 특성변인의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 정책을 마련하는데 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 분석자료는 한국청소년정책연구원의 2011∼2015년 다문화청소년 패널자료를 이용하여 전국의 결혼이주여성 1,236명을 대상으로 문화적응 스트레스에 대한 잠재프로파일성장분석 및 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스 변화유형은 4가지(고 스트레스 유지집단, 저 스트레스 유지집단, 스트레스 증가집단, 스트레스 감소집단)로 분석되었다. 둘째, 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 문화적응유형 중 분리와 주변화가 될수록 저 스트레스 유지집단과 스트레스 감소집단에 비해 고 스트레스 유지집단에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 그리고 저 스트레스 유지집단보다 모 연령이 낮을수록, 가정형편이 안 좋을수록 고 스트레스 유지집단에 속할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 함의 및 후속연구 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the change patterns of cultural adaptation stress of married immigrants women and to examine the relationships among the characteristics of change patterns. The study aims to provide useful data in preparing policies to reduce the cultural adaptation stress of married immigrant women. Data used for the analysis was from 2011-2015 Multicultural Youth Panel Data by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. Latent profile growth analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis were used form 1,236 married immigrant women across the country. As a result, first, there were four types of cultural adaptation stress changes among married immigrant women (high stress maintenance group, low stress maintenance group, stress increase group and stress reduction group). Second, multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that separated and marginalized cultural adaptation types were positively related to high stress maintenance group membership than the low stress maintenance group and the stress reduction group. The younger mother’s age and the poorer the family economic status, the probability of belonging to the high stress maintenance group was much higher than the low stress maintenance group. Based on the results, implications and future research directions were suggested.
