회피애착형 상담전공 대학원생의 대인관계에서 겪은 자기 성찰 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

초록

본 연구는 회피애착형 상담전공 대학원생이 대인관계를 통해 겪는 자기성찰의 경험에 대해 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이러한 성찰 경험이 예비 상담전문가로서의 자질을 갖추는 데 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 자료의 해석은 Clandinin(2015)이 제시한 내러티브 방식을 사용하였으며 과거, 현재, 미래의 시간적 흐름에 적용하여 이에 따른 경험을 살펴보았다. 초심상담자가 상담전문가로 가는 과정을 살펴보기 위해 회피애착형 상담전공 석사재학생을 대상으로 하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구참여자들의 경험을 통해 <타인을 통해 나를 채우다>, <나를 갉아먹는 것은 나 자신>, <관계에서 패턴을 찾다>, <이겨내는 힘>이라는 4가지 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 회피애착형 상담전공 대학원생이 대인관계를 통한 성찰을 통해 상담전문가로서의 전문성 함양을 돕고자 하는 데에 의의가 있다. 치료적 도구로서의 적절한 활용을 위해 회피애착형 상담전공 대학원생이 갖는 성찰의 의미를 탐색하고 이의 중요성을 다루고자 하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of self-reflection experienced through interpersonal relationship of avoidant attachment type counseling graduate students. The narrative method suggested by Clandinin (2015) was used, and the experience was examined by applying it to the temporal flow of the past, present, and future. The participants of this study were master’s students in the avoidance attachment type counseling major. The results of this study are as follows. <Filling me through others>, <It is myself that gnaw at me>, <Finding a pattern in a relationship>, and <Power to overcome>. This study is meaningful in that it aims to help graduate students of the avoidant attachment type counseling major develop their professionalism as counseling experts through interpersonal reflection. This study was to explore the meaning of refelctions of avoidant attachment type counseling graduate students and to deal with their importance for proper use as a therapeutic tool.
