본 연구는 내러티브 연구를 통해 중국 조선족 대학 졸업생의 불안정 애착 경험을 심층 탐색하여 안정 재애착을 경험할 수 있도록 돕는 질적 사례연구이다. 연구자는 애착이론과 기독교상담을 토대로 한 상담을 연구 참여자에게 제공하여 안정 재애착으로 변화하는 과정에 대해 고찰하였다. 이론적 배경은 Bowlby의 애착이론과 Clandinin 과 Connelly의 내러티브 연구방법이다. 연구 주제는 참여자들의 불안정 애착 유형은 어떻게 형성되었는가, 참여자들은 내러티브 연구 과정을 통해 안정 재애착을 어떻게 경험하였는가, 참여자들에게 실시한 애착이론과 기독교상담은 내러티브 연구로써 어떤 의미가 있는가이다. 참여자들은 성인 애착 유형 검사(ECR-R)에서 모두 불안정 회피 애착 결과를 나타냈다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 참여자들은 부모와의 불안정 애착 경험으로 인해 성장 과정에서 대인관계의 어려움을 호소하였다. 둘째, 애착이론을 토대로 한 연구자의 기독교상담은 참여자들에게 긍정적인 모델을 제공함으로써 안정 재애착 경험을 줄 수 있었다. 셋째, 참여자들은 내러티브 연구를 통해 안정 재애착을 경험함에 따라 신앙적 차원에서도 변화를 보였다.
Abstract
This study is a qualitative case study that explores the experiences of insecure attachment among graduates of a Korean-Chinese university in China through narrative research, aiming to facilitate their secure reattachment. The researcher provided counseling based on attachment theory and Christian counseling and examined the process of transitioning to secure reattachment. The theoretical background of this study includes John Bowlby's attachment theory and Clandinin & Connelly's narrative research method. The research questions are: How were the participants’ insecure attachment patterns formed? How did they experience secure reattachment through the narrative research process? What significance dose attachment theory-based Christian counseling hold in narrative study? All participants exhibited insecure-avoidant attachment in the Experience in Close Relationships-Revised (ECR-R) scale. The findings of this study are as follows: First, participants roported difficulties in interpersonal relationships due to insecure attachment experiences with their parents. Second, Christian counseling based on attachment theory provided a positive model, allowing participants to experience secure reattachment. Third, as the participants experienced secure attachment through narrative research, they also showed spiritual transformation.
