유도전공자들의 미래지향목표가 진로자기조절 및 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 유도전공 대학생들의 미래지향목표가 진로자기조절과 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하여 대학에서 유도전공 대학생들의 진로지도와 관련된 상담과 진로교육의 기초자료를 제공함으로써 유도전공 대학생들의 올바른 진로태도를 형성하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기도에 소재한 Y대학교에 재학 중인 유도전공 대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 데이터 중 불성실한 답변과 무기입 등의 설문을 제외한 219부의 데이터를 확보하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 유도 전공자들의 미래지향목표는 진로자기조절에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유도 전공자들의 미래지향목표는 부분적으로 진로자기조절에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유도 전공자들의 진로자기조절이 진로탐색행동에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

This study aims to provide basic data for forming the right career attitude of judo major college students by providing basic data of counseling and career education related to career guidance of judo major college students in college by grasping the effect of future-oriented goals of judo major college students on career self-regulation and career exploration behavior. For this study, a survey was conducted on 250 college students majoring in induction at Y University in Gyeonggi-do. Among the collected data, 219 copies of data were obtained, excluding unfaithful answers and insured inputs. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the future-oriented goals of the judo majors partially affect career self-regulation. Second, the future-oriented goals of the judo majors partially affected career self-regulation. Third, career self-regulation of judo majors partially affected career exploration behavior.
