이 연구에서는 유도 전공 대학생들의 진로탐색에 따른 진로적응력 및 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계에 대해 종합적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 경기도 Y대학교에 재학 중인 대학생들 가운데 유도전공자들로 표집을 하였다. 구체적으로 2020년 3월 1일부터 5월 2일 까지 약 2개월 간 250명의 유도전공 대학생을 표집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS/Win 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 및 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 유도전공 대학생들의 진로탐색은 진로적응력에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유도전공 대학생들의 진로탐색은 진로탐색행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유도전공 대학생들의 진로적응력은 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was to examine the structural relationship between career adaptability and career preparation behavior according to career exploration of judo college students. To conduct the study, a sample was conducted for judo majors among university students attending Y University in Gyeonggi-do. Specifically, 250 judo major students were sampled for about two months from March 2020 to May 2020. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/Win 18.0 program. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, career exploration of judo major students has a statistically significant effect on career adaptability. Second, career exploration of judo major students had a statistically significant effect on career exploration behavior. Third, career adaptability of judo major students had a statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior.
