유도전공 대학생의 진로소명과 진로결정효능감 및 진로태도성숙의 구조적 관계

초록

본 연구는 유도전공 대학생들을 대상으로 진로소명에 따른 진로결정효능감 및 진로태도성숙의 구조적 관계를 알아봄으로써 유도전공생들의 진로 관련 학문분야 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 경기도에 소재한 Y대학교를 방문하여 재학 중인 유도전공 대학생들을 대상으로 표집을 실시하였다. 데이터 수집기간은 2020년 5월부터 7월 까지 약 2개월 간 네이버오피스를 이용하여 300명의 유도전공 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 총 300개의 데이터 중 무기입 및 불성실한 데이터를 제외한 총 294개의 데이터를 SPSS/WIN 18.0 버전을 활용하여 연구대상자의 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, AMOS/WIN 18.0 버전을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 유도전공 대학생의진로소명은 진로결정효능감에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 1은 채택되었다. 둘째, 유도전공대학생의 진로소명은 진로태도성숙에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 2는 채택되었다. 셋째, 유도전공 대학생의 진로결정효능감은 진로태도성숙에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 3은 채택되었다.

Abstract

This study aims to provide basic data for the development of career-related academic fields of judo major students by examining the structural relationship between career decision-making efficacy and career attitude maturity according to career calling for judo major students. To conduct the study, a sample was conducted for university students majoring in judo who were attending Y University in Gyeonggi-do. The data collection period was from May 2020 to July 2020, and the online survey was conducted on 300 judo major students using Naver Office for about two months. A total of 294 data, excluding incomplete and insincere data, were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 version to analyze the frequency, reliability, and correlation of the subjects. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted using AMOS/WIN 18.0 version. First, Hypothesis 1 that career calling of judo major college students will have a significant effect on career decision-making efficacy was adopted. Second, Hypothesis 2 that career calling of judo major college students will have a significant effect on career attitude maturity was adopted. Third, Hypothesis 3 that career decision-making efficacy of judo major college students will have a significant effect on career attitude maturity was adopted.
