연구 목적: 이 연구는 대학생의 진로탐색행동과 진로목표안정성 및 진로결정자기효능감에 대한 전공몰입도의 영향력을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 Gy도와 Ch도에 소재한 2개 대학 6개 분야에 재학 중인 4학년 348명(공학 165명, 인문사회과학 183명)이었다. 분석은 SPSS/Win 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용해 연구문제에 따라 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 대학생의 전공몰입도는 진로탐색행동과 진로목표안정성 및 진로결정자기효능감과 유의한 정적상관이 있으며, 또한 진로탐색행동과 진로목표안정성 및 진로결정자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 이 연구는 대학생의 진로탐색행동과 진로목표안정성 및 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 전공몰입도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 교수방법 및 모형이 설계되어야 함을 시사하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이 연구는 각 전공이 갖는 특수성에 따른 차이를 분석하지 못했다는 점에서는 연구의 한계가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of career commitment of college students on career exploration behavior, stability of career goals, and career decision-making self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were 348 undergraduate students in 6 different departments (165 Engineering, 183 Humanities & Social Sciences) of 2 universities in Gy-do and Ch-do. For the analysis of this study, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed according to the research problem using the SPSS/Win 21.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, college students’ major commitment had a significant positive correlation with career exploration behavior, career goal stability, and career decision-making self-efficacy. In addition, it was found that major commitment had a significant effect on career exploration behavior, career goal stability, and career decision-making self-efficacy. This study is meaningful in that it suggests that various teaching methods and teaching models that can increase college students’ major commitment should be designed. This study has a limitation in that it could not analyze the difference according to the specificity of each major.
