이 연구의 목적은 태권도 경기 종목별 선수 개인의 절실함과 인지된 경기력 간 인과적 관계 규명을 통해 향후 태권도 경기 종목에 따른 선수들의 인지된 경기력 향상 전략에 있어 실효성 높은 정보를 제공하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위해 연구에서는 2024년 7월부터 9월까지 약 3개월간 태권도 선수들을 대상으로 설문 자료(최종 252부)를 수집하였고, 이후 SPSS(ver 28.0)를 이용하여 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 기술통계분석(Descriptive statistic analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory factor analysis), α(Cronbach's alpha) 산출, 상관분석(Correlation analysis), 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis) 등을 시행하였다. 그리고 분석을 통해 태권도 선수들의 인지된 경기력에 있어 겨루기는 성공기대와 인내극복, 품새는 자기절제, 격파는 자기절제, 성공기대, 인내극복 등의 절실함 구성요인이 유효하게 작용할 수 있음을 규명하였고, 이후 태권도 선수들의 인지된 경기력 향상에 있어서 절실함이라는 심리적 요소의 중요성을 바탕으로, 각 종목별 고유한 특성에 맞는 심리기술훈련을 개발하고 적용해야 함을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide valuable insights for enhancing athletes' perceived performance in Taekwondo events by examining the causal relationship between individual athletes' sense of urgency and perceived performance across different event categories. To achieve this research objective, survey data were collected from Taekwondo athletes over a three-month period from July to September 2024, yielding a final sample of 252 responses. Frequency and descriptive statistic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha calculate, correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS. The analysis results indicate that in sparring, the factors of success expectation and resilience play a significant role in athletes’ perceived performance. In poomsae, self-control emerged as a significant factor, while in breaking, self-control, success expectation, and resilience were shown to be impactful components of urgency. Based on the findings, the study suggests that psychological skills training tailored to the unique characteristics of each event type should be developed and implemented to enhance Taekwondo athletes' perceived performance, emphasizing the importance of psychological elements such as urgency.
