본 연구는 유도전공 대학생들의 평가염려 완벽주의가 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 유도전공 대학생 248명의 데이터를 중심으로 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 평가염려 완벽주의가 높을수록 긍정심리자본이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평가염려 완벽주의가 높을수록 경쟁상태불안이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 경쟁상태불안이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 평가염려 완벽주의와 경쟁상태불안의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 유도전공 대학생들의 예방적 심리지원 체계 구축의 필요성을 제시하였다
Abstract
This study investigated the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and competitive state anxiety among collegiate judo student-athletes. Structural equation modeling analyses were conducted to examine the hypothesized relationships. The results demonstrated that: First, evaluative concerns perfectionism was negatively associated with psychological capital. Second, evaluative concerns perfectionism exhibited a significant positive relationship with competitive state anxiety. Third, psychological capital demonstrated a significant negative relationship with competitive state anxiety. Fourth, psychological capital was found to significantly mediate the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and competitive state anxiety. These findings underscore the importance of establishing preventive psychological support systems for collegiate judo student-athletes and provide empirical evidence for developing targeted interventions.
