Home-delivery service is introduced under the name of TaekBae by the motor-transportation business law in 1989. The home-delivery service is called being entrusted the transport of small-sized parcels to and transporting for which the carrier act completely responsibility. The transport is transferring the parcel or the passengers from the one place to the other place. The transportation business of goods become distinguished in marketing with the warehousing. Because the transportation business of goods play an important role for the large transaction with the warehousing that get over the spatial difficulty. This paper is aimed to explain the rights and duties of carrier, consignor, consignee, and to propose a standard stipulation after arrangement of each company's opinions.
