본 연구는 호텔, 외식 및 카지노에서 산학협동 현장실습을 경험한 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 현장실습에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하고 이러한 요인들과 실습 만족도와의 관계를 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 총 225부의 설문지를 배부하여 220부를 회수하였으며 이 중 설문의 응답이 일관되지 못하거나 무응답이 많아 통계처리가 불가능한 11부를 제외한 209부의 설문지를 최종통계분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 가설을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석방법을 이용하였고, 연구목적에 필요한 빈도분석, 평균값 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석의 세부적인 분석을 실시하였다. 209부의 설문지를 수거하여 통계 분석한 결과 7개의 영향요인으로 나눠지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 7개의 요인(학교교육의 만족도, 실습업무에 대한 관리자의 관심도 및 배정과 통제, 실습업무 프로그램 및 평가방식의 공정성, 현장실습의 업무환경, 실습학생의 성실성 및 외국어, 실습학생의 실습참여 준비성, 현장실습생의 의견 반영 정도)과 현장실습 만족도와의 인과관계를 다중회귀분석을 통하여 검증한 결과 학교교육의 만족도와 현장실습의 업무환경을 제외한 나머지 5개의 요인(실습업무에 대한 관리자의 관심도 및 배정과 통제, 실습업무 프로그램 및 평가방식의 공정성, 실습학생의 성실성 및 외국어, 실습학생의 실습참여 준비성, 현장실습생의 의견 반영 정도프로그램 관리)이 현장실습 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper examines whether different internship influential factors have an effect on the level of satisfaction. In this study, internship success factors are divided into seven factors(academic educational factor, managers' concern about internship and job allocation and control, fairness of internship program operation and evaluation, work conditions, internship participants' devotion and the necessity of foreign languages, participants' preparation for the internship, reflection of participants' opinion). Using the seven factors as variables, this study analyzed participants' internship satisfaction. According to the results, male students majoring in casino in two-year colleges were generally satisfied with the internship in casinos in Busan. The satisfaction of participants was most affected by their devotion and the necessity of foreign languages in their major field during the internship and they student, also considered it very important. This study also found out that participants were very unsatisfied with the internships due to the fact that the companies where are operating the internships, ran the same internship program repeatedly without any new trial and compensations for the internship were inappropriate and unreasonable.
