《朝鮮王朝實錄》 속 蘇軾과 그의 詩文

본고는 北宋 시기 대문호 蘇軾과 그의 詩文이 조선의 중앙 정치 무대에서 어떻게 언급되고 인용되었는지를 《朝鮮王朝實錄》에 수록된 기사들을 중심으로 살펴본 논문이다. 연구 결과 《朝鮮王朝實錄》 속에는 소식과 관련된 기사가 적지 않게 수록되어 있어, 이를 통해 조선 조정 인물들에 대한 소식의 영향력을 일차적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 해당 기사들에 대한 면밀한 분석을 통해서, 우선 조선 조정의 소식에 대한 인식은 일부 사례를 제외하면 전반적으로 긍정적이었음을 알 수 있었고, 조선시대 君臣들이 소식의 정치적 주장을 담은 문장들을 학습하고 이를 정사에 다양하게 활용하였음을 발견할 수 있었다. 아울러 조선의 조정에서 소식의 학술과 사상도 부분적으로 수용하였고, 여러 가지 목적에서 소식과 관련된 典故 역시 다양하게 활용하였음도 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구가 문학 중심 연구의 한계를 극복하여 조선시대 소식 수용에 관한 이해의 심화 및 확대를 돕고, 더 나아가 우리나라 소식 수용사 연구의 지평 확대에 기여할 수 있기를 기대해본다.
Abstract
This paper is a research paper examining how Su-shi and his literary works were mentioned and quoted on the central political stage of the Joseon Dynasty, focusing on related articles in the Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty(《朝鮮王朝實錄》). As a result of this research, I found that there were quite a few articles related to Su-shi in the Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty, and through this, I was able to understand to some extent the influence of Su-shi on the people of the Joseon royal court. And through a careful analysis of the articles, I was able to confirm that the Joseon royal court's perception of Su-shi was generally positive except for some cases, and could see that the kings and retainers of the Joseon Dynasty studied various prose of Su-shi containing political arguments and used them in various ways in the political affairs of Joseon. In addition, I was able to see that Su-shi's studies and thoughs were partially accepted in the Joseon royal court, and his other literary works and episodes related to him were also used in various ways for various purposes.
