A Study on anthologies of Su shi's poetry in Joseon Dynasty

Currently, considerable quantities of anthologies of Su Shi's poetry are housed in Korea. But Studies on these anthologies have not been done enough. Some papers examined several books, but they have not reached the stage examining the books that Joseon Dynasty people read as a whole. Thus, I pursue this study in order to examine the anthologies of Su Shi's poetry that had been made or distibuted in Joseon Dynasty as a whole. Before discussing the anthologies of Su Shi's poetry, this paper first investigates the acceptance of Su Shi's poetry and the complete collections of Su Shi's poetry in Joseon Dynasty. In the next chapter, this paper investigates the anthologies of Su Shi's poetry in Joseon Dynasty generally, dividing them into books printed in Joseon, books imported from China, and many other manuscripts. Through this investigation and discussion, I hope to fill in what was lacking in existing research, and explain the specific aspects of manuscript collections in the National Library of Korea and Korea University Library. Based on the research I mentioned above, this paper, in the end, discusses the characteristics and significance of the production, publication, and distribution of anthologies of Su Shi's poetry in Joseon Dynasty.
