The 21st century, we are living in a flood of information and approach easily. In these days,we share countless information with others easily. So we realized to need a unique way of thinking and problem-solving skills. To improve the creativity education is more important than ever. Furthermore, through the development of the technologies help to people approach the photos easily such as digital cameras, cell-phones, computers, and others. The demand of digital camera users has risen sharply but also at the same time; people start to distort the photo images. Thus, we are more focused on right and proper usages of the photos. So we start to photo educate for cultural art education. The goal of the photo education is developing creativity. The research applies the component of the creativity; fluency, flexibility, originality and accuracy. The elementary school students who are taking current lessons answered a questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to know how much they increase their creativity from the photo education.
