교육실습생 포트폴리오 구성 모형 개발

초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육실습생 포트폴리오 구성 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 선행 연구와 교수들의 의견에 기초하여 교육실습생 포트폴리오 구성 모형(안)을 구성하였다. 교육실습생(84명)과 지도교사(17명)의 교육실습생 포트폴리오 시행 및 평가를 통해서 포트폴리오 구성 모형(안)을 수정하여 최종 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육실습생 포트폴리오 구성 모형의 목적은 교육실습생의 자기반성, 교육실습생의 전문성 발달, 교육실습생 체계적 평가, 교육실습경험 정리 및 미래 활용, 취업에서의 활용’이다. 교육실습생 포트폴리오 항목 및 내용은 ‘개인배경, 교수활동, 유아이해, 학급운영, 전문적 발달노력, 종합 평가’이다. 교육실습생 포트폴리오 평가에는 교육실습생, 동료 교육실습생, 지도교사, 교수가 참여하고 항목과 조직에 대해서 평가한다. 포트폴리오 절차는 사전교육 및 계획, 자료수집 및 정리, 구성, 평가의 순환적인 4단계로 이루어진다.

Abstract

This study developed a portfolio model for student teachers. The portfolio model for student teachers was constructed after through a review of the literature, consultations with thirteen professors in the early childhood education departments from eight colleges and the execution of the portfolio model by eighty-four students in student teaching. And then, the final portfolio model was developed after amending it by researchers. The goals of this portfolio model are to encourage students at the student-teaching level to self-reflect, seek professional growth, make systematic evaluations, order their student teaching practical experience, prepare for future classes and facilitate job searches. The content of portfolios contains personal background, teaching, understanding children, classroom management, efforts in professional development and synthesis assessment. Student teachers and their colleagues, cooperating teachers, and supervisors participated in the portfolio evaluations. The student teacher portfolio procedure spans four cyclic steps: the previous education of the student teachers and their cooperating teachers and the plan of the portfolio, the collection and arrangement of the data, the construction of the portfolio, and assessment about the portfolio.
