유아교육 실습지도를 위한 실습지도교수와 예비교사 간 e-멘토링 모형 개발

본 연구는 유아교육 실습지도를 위한 실습지도교수와 예비교사 간 e-멘토링 모형을 개발하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 e-멘토링 및 실습지도 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 모형 개발의 이론적 준거를 도출하였고, e-멘토링 모형에 대한 실습지도교수와 예비교사의 요구를 조사하여 실제적 준거를 도출하였다. 도출된 이론적 준거와 실제적 준거를 토대로 e-멘토링 모형 시안을 구성하였다. 구성된 시안은 2009년 1학기에 교육 실습에 참여한 유아교육과 4학년 학생 44명과 지도교수 1명에게 적용하여 수정, 보완한 후 최종 모형을 제시하였다. 최종 제시된 e-멘토링 모형은 기본관점 및 목적, 내용 및 운영 방식, 팀 구성 및 구성원의 역할을 중심으로 구성하였다. 이 모형은 멘토인 실습지도교수와 멘티인 예비교사가 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 온라인을 통해 지속적인 지원을 주고받을 수 있는 유아교육 실습지도 체제를 구축함으로써 실습지도교수와 예비교사의 전문성을 높일 뿐 아니라 실습지도교수와 예비교사 간 개방적이고 지원적인 풍토를 조성해 가기 위한 것이다. e-멘토링 모형을 효율적으로 적용하기 위해서는 실습지도교수와 예비교사 간 신뢰로운 관계 형성 및 협력적 상호작용을 중시한다.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to suggest an e-mentoring model between an instructing professor and pre-service teachers for supervising the early childhood student teaching. After theoretical basis on the e-mentoring model development had been derived from the several references related to e-mentoring and student teaching supervision, practical basis on the e-mentoring was derived from investigating their demands. These two different bases not only act as a bridge between theory and practice, but also solidify the theoretical concepts presented in this paper. A trial version of the e-mentoring model was constructed according to the derived theoretical and practical basis. After the constructed trial version was applied to the testing group which consists of 44 pre-service teachers and one instructing professor, totally 45 people, the final e-mentoring model was proposed by proper modification and adjustment. It was focused on basic viewpoints, purposes, contents, operating methods, and each participator’s role in the e-mentoring subgroups. The final e-mentoring model not only provides an efficient online teaching tool for early childhood students which is available to continuous interactions and supports between mentor-an instructing professor and mentee-pre-service teachers, but also enhances their professionalism and sets an open and supportive environment between them. In order to achieve this, it is very important to interact collaboratively with reliable relationship between pre-service teachers and instructing professor.
