피히테 철학에서 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성- 『새로운 방법에 의한 학론』의 인간학적 기초에 관한 연구

초록

이 글은 피히테의 철학, 특히 『새로운 방법에 의한 학론』에서 어떻게 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성이 인간학적인 기초에 있는지를 고찰하는 데 있다. 이를 통해 경험적 자아, 즉 비아로서 신체는 피히테의 자연철학적 단초일 뿐만 아니라, 현실적 자아의 생생한 모습을 통해 상호주관적인 의미에서의 다양한 세계에 대해 열린 태도를 취한다. 더 나아가 피히테는 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성을 단지 현상계의 완결로 간주하지 않는다. 오히려 이때 신체를 통한 주체는 현상계에서 인간과 세계의 교호작용을 수용함으로써 예지계에 대립하지 않고 오히려 양쪽 세계를 종합한다. 따라서 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성은 인간학적 기초이고, 구체적으로 요약하자면 첫째, 경험적 자아로서의 신체는 이미 세계에 관여된 세계에로의 존재이기 세계에 대해 고립된 주관적 상태가 아니라 유기적으로 연관된다. 둘째, 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성은 의식철학에 의한 시간과 공간의 구성과 달리 장소규정과 힘에 의한 감응이 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 표상 이전에 신체의 선재성을 전제한다. 셋째, 신체는 특정한 개체로서 고립된 존재가 아니라 상호주관적인 의미에서 신체와 정신의 결합을 통해 인간학적 토대를 지향한다. 결론적으로 이러한 점에서 신체를 통한 현상계의 구성은 이미 각각 자아의 상호 주관성에 기초하고 있기 때문에, 우리는 타자인 이성적 존재자들을 전혀 고립된 개체로 보는 것이 아니라 교호규정을 통해 파악할 수 있다.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how anthropology is used in Fichte’s philosophy to construct the phenomenal world through the body, especially in the Science of Knowledge by New Methods(Wissenschaftslehre nova methodo). Through this, the empirical I(ego), or body as a medium, is not only the starting point of Fichte’s natural philosophy but also an interactive relationship through the vivid appearance of the realistic self. Instead, by accepting the relationship between humans and the phenomenal world, the subject synthesizes both worlds through the body rather than opposing the world of intellect. Therefore, the composition of the phenomenal world through the body is an anthropological foundation. To summarize in detail, first, the body as an empirical I(ego) is not an isolated subjective state; rather, the body is already involved in the world and is organically related to the world. Second, the composition of the phenomenal world through the body, unlike the composition of time and space, according to the philosophy of consciousness, not only requires location definition and response by force but also presupposes the pre-existence of the body before representation. In a subjective sense, we adopt an open attitude toward a diverse world. Third, the body seeks an anthropological foundation through the combination of body and mind in an intersubjective sense, rather than existing as an isolated entity as a distinct entity. In conclusion, as the composition of the phenomenal world through the body is already based on the intersubjectivity of each ego, we can understand other rational entities through the regulation of interaction rather than viewing them as completely isolated entities.
