기업의 4차산업혁명 대응 인식과 지원 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 4차산업혁명에 대해서 제조기업의 대응과 인식을 실증적으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 4차산업혁명은 국가경쟁력 및 기업의 생멸과도 연관된 중요한 이슈로, 정부뿐만 아니라 기업도 이러한 세계적인 변화에 대응하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 기업차원의 인식과 관련한 연구는 상대적으로 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다항로짓분석을 통해, 어떠한 요인들이 기업의 4차산업혁명 대응과 준비에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 기업의 4차산업혁명에 대해서 인지는 하고 있으나, 적극적으로 대응은 이루어지지 않은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 구체적으로, 기업 내 비정규직 근로자 비율(-)이 높을수록 4차산업혁명을 대응하는데 장애요인으로 나타났으며, 기업규모(+)가 상대적으로 클수록 그리고 신제품이나 신기술(+)을 개발한 전례가 있는 기업일수록 4차산업혁명에 보다 적극적으로 대응하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후, 정부가 4차산업혁명과 관련한 기업 지원책을 마련하는데 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the perceptions of manufacturing SMEs to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is an important issue related to national competitiveness and SMEs’ survival. Not only governments but also companies are trying to respond to this global change. Despite its importance, there are relatively few studies on firms' perceptions. This study uses multinomial logit analysis to examine which factors influence firms' perceptions of their readiness for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The results show that companies are aware of the Fourth Industrial Revolution but have not actively responded to it. Specifically, the higher the proportion of non-regular workers in a company, the more obstacles there are to responding to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, the larger the size of the company and having capacity related to new products or technologies are positively related to develop strategy on 4th Industrial Revolution. The results of this study are expected to be used as a resource for the government to prepare support measures for enterprises related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
