전국 장애인복지관 재활서비스 이용료 현황 분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current level of rehabilitation service fees of the nationwide welfare centers for the people with disabilities and to compare those with the rehabilitation service fees in 2011. Futhermore, this study aims to figure out the differences in rehabilitation service fees depends on the various characteristics of the welfare centers for the people with disabilities. The research subjects were comprised of 211 rehabilitation service fees were selected from the data of the welfare centers for the people with disabilities. The major findings from analysis will be useful at figuring out the relative position of rehabilitation service fees by project units of the welfare centers for the people with disabilities. Moreover, it could be useful as references for quoting the appropriate rehabilitation service fees. Implications and suggestions based on the major findings of this paper for alternative for locating financial resources and quoting appropriate rehabilitation service fees are as follows. First, it is more appropriate to use the term 'usage deductible' instead of the term 'usage fee'. Second, in order to secure income for the fee for disabled people 's welfare center, it is necessary to find out how to use voucher system for lifelong education or to receive lecturers and operating expenses through various lifelong education support projects supported by the government or local governments. Third, in order to calculate the appropriate fee for rehabilitation services, systematic research is needed which is supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare or local governments.
