초등학교 고학년 학생의 기본 심폐소생술에 대한 지식 및 태도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구 결과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 심폐소생술에 대한 태도, 종교, 심폐소생술에 대해 들어본 정도, 지식이었고 설명력은 47.0%이었다. 이중 심폐소생술에 대한 태도가 자기효능감에 가장 큰 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 변경된 기본심폐소생술 가이드라인의 적절한 교육을 통해 심폐소생술에 대해 올바르게 인식하고 정확한 지식을 갖도록 하며 심폐소생술에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 유지할 수 있도록 격려하는 것이 중요하겠다. 또한 초등학생의 이해수준에 맞는 심폐소생술 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 추후 연구를 제언한다. 본 연구는 초등학생을 대상으로 기본심폐소생술의 변경된 2010 가이드라인에 대한 지식 및 태도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써 초등학생을 위한 심폐소생술 교육의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of knowledge and attitude on self efficacy of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the fifth and the sixth grade of elementary school students. Methods: The participants were 242 elementary school students from A city. Data were collected from August 26 to August 27, 2013 using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors affecting on self efficacy to CPR were attitude (β=.54), religion (β=-.16), recognition (β=.15) and knowledge (β=.13). These factors explain 47.0% of the variance in self efficacy. Conclusion: The results of this study show that attitude to CPR has the strongest influence on efficacy. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that customized programs and further research by using 2010 guideline are needed to develop for elementary school students.
