간호 대학생의 시뮬레이션 기반 자궁근종절제술 후 간호교육 프로그램 개발과 적용

연구목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생에게 적합한 시뮬레이션 기반 자궁근종절제술 후 간호교육 프로그램을 개발하여 실시한 후 이에 대한 임상간호수행을 평가하여 시뮬레이션 교육의 학습 성과로서 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법:시뮬레이션 기반 간호교육 프로그램의 운영구성은 오리엔테이션(1시간), 자궁근종절제술 후 간호에 대한 강의(1시간), 시뮬레이션 실습(2시간), 임상간호수행 평가(2시간), 디브리핑 및 자가평가(2시간) 총 8시간으로 하였다. 일개 대학 간호학과 3학년 재학생들을 대상으로 132명의 66개 조가 2015년 3월 2일부터 2015년 6월 12일에 진행되었고, 임상수행능력 평가는 45문항으로 구성된 자궁근종절제술 후 임상간호수행 평가도구가 이용되었다. 연구결과: 시뮬레이션 기반 자궁근종절제술 후 임상간호수행의 최대 총점은 90점인데, 평균점수는 82.0±4.2점이였다. 영역별로 보면, 중재영역의 수행점수는 평균 33.3±2.2점( 36점 만점 대비 92.7% 성취수준), 교육영역의 수행점수는 평균 23.4±1.9점(26점 만점 대비 90.2% 수행능력), 사정영역 수행점수는 평균 25.1±2.0점(28점 만점 대비 89.9% 성취수준)로 나타났다. 결론: 본 시뮬레이션 기반 자궁근종절제술 후 간호교육 프로그램을 개발과 임상간호수행을 평가하는 도구로서 계속적으로 유용하게 사용되어져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Objective: This study was conducted to develop and apply simulation-based nursing education program for post-myomectomy care in nursing students. Methods: One group pre-post design was utilized. 132 participants consisting of 66 nursing students was recruited. The data were collected from March 2 to June 12, 2015. Eight hours of simulation-based education program for post-myomectomy care was operated. 45 items of Clinical Competence Assessment Scale was developed and content validity was tested using the content validity index. Results: The total score of Clinical Competence Assessment Scale was 90 and mean score of it was 82(SD 4.2). The item showing the lowest mean score was 'education for Foley catheter management'. Mean score of performance was 92.7%, education 90.2% and assessment 89.9% respectively. Conclusion: The findings suggest that it would be useful to use the simulation-based education program for post-myomectomy care for evaluating clinical performance in nursing students.
