수술실 간호사의 팀워크가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork on organizational commitment of operating room (OR) nurses in general hospitals. Methods: Study participants were 147 OR nurses who completed a Google survey in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon provinces. Results: Among the five subcategories of teamwork, the level of leadership was the lowest, and OR nurses with more than 3 years and less than 6 years of experience had the lowest level of organizational commitment. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to analyze general factors (age, OR experience) and teamwork factors. Among the teamwork factors, leadership, team structure, and communication were statistically significant for organizational commitment and accounted for 58%. Conclusion: Teamwork in the OR nurses is key to improve organizational commitment. Therefore, making team structure for improving leadership and facilitating communication among OR nurses is important to improve organizational commitment.
