이 글은 현대문화의 위기를 극복할 철학적 사유가 어떻게 가능할지 논의한 논문이다. 이러한 새로운 사유를 이 논문에서는 생명성을 성찰하는 생명철학에서 찾으려 한다. 이를 위해 서문에서 생명철학이 논의되는 배경과 그 당위성에 대한 주장을 제시한다. 이러한 주장은 현대 철학의 맥락에서 생명철학이 어떠한 의미를 지니는지에 대한 논의로 이어진다. 이를 위해 신실재론의 주장과 함께 살아있는 사고를 말하는 인류학의 생명체적 사유를 소개한다.(2장) 이어 3장에서는 현대 철학의 토대에서 생명철학이 어떠한 의미를 지니는지 논의한다. 그것은 포스트휴먼적으로 변화된 현대 세계가 자연주의의 범람으로 인해 실재를 다만 존재자적으로만 이해하는 한계에 대한 비판과 함께 존재론적 의미를 밝혀낼 생명의 의미장을 해명하는 철학적 작업이다. 제4장에서는 현대 문화에서 생명에 대한 진리를 전유하려는 생명과학적 자연주의철학을 비판한 뒤, 생명주권 권력을 비판하는 생명정치의 맥락에서 생명철학이 지니는 의미를 논의한다.(제5장) 이런 해명을 바탕으로 결론을 대신하여 생명의 존재론적 의미와 생명성을 언어화할 새로운 사유의 가능성을 생명영성으로 제시하고 있다.
Abstract
This article tries to discuss how philosophical thinking to overcome the crisis of modern culture is possible. In this paper, we try to find these new thoughts in the philosophy of life that thinks about ‘lifeness’. To explain this these, the background of the biophilosophy is discussed in the introduction and the argument for its justification is presented. These arguments lead to a discussion of the meaning of biophilosophy in the context of modern philosophy. To this end, we introduce the biological thinking of anthropology, which refers to living thinking along with the argument of neorealism.(chapter 2) Next, Chapter 3 discusses the meaning of the philosophy of life in the context of modern philosophy. It contains a discussion on the meaning field of life that will reveal the ontological meaning along with criticism of the limitations of the modern world that has been transformed into a posthumanist understanding of reality only as an existential due to the overflow of naturalism. Chapter 4 criticizes the philosophy of naturalism in the science of biology, which attempts to appropriate the truth about life in modern culture, and then discusses the meaning of the philosophy of life in the context of biopolitics that criticizes the power of sovereignty over life (chapter 5). Based on this, instead of the conclusion, the possibility of new thinking to verbalize the ontological meaning of life and vitality is presented as life spirituality.
