중학생용 정보통신윤리의식 검사의 개발 및 타당화 연구

인터넷의 역기능을 예방하기 위해서는 무엇보다 먼저 청소년들의 올바른 정보통신윤리의식 함양이 필요하며, 이를 위해서 먼저 자신의 정보통신윤리의식 수준 파악이 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청소년의 정보통신윤리의식 수준을 타당하고 신뢰롭게 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 전문가 협의와 문헌연구를 통해 정보통신윤리의식 지표를 새로 구성하였다. 둘째, 델파이 조사를 실시하여 영역별 측정영역을 선정하여 문항을 개발하였다. 셋째, 중학생을 대상으로 예비검사와 본검사를 실시하여, 통계적 분석을 통해 문항을 정제하였다. 또한, 개발된 문항으로 정보통신윤리의식 검사를 실시하여 측정 점수 비교 및 해석을 위한 준거인 검사요강을 작성하여 검사결과를 표준화하였다.
Abstract
To prevent the reverse function of the internet, information society's student have the right consciousness of information and communication ethics. For this, above all things, they need to know their level of the consciousness of information and communication ethics. At this points, the purpose of this study is to develop the test items to measure the consciousness of information and communication ethics for middle school students. For this, First, based on expert's conference and the studies, we newly build up the index of consciousness of information and communication ethics - the moderation, respect, responsibility, participation. Second, the dephi research was done, we selected contents of the measurement by domain and developed the test items. Third, the preliminary survey and the main survey which was done 3 times has taken for the middle school students, in this process, we refined the test items. Last, the consciousness of information and communication ethics test was done with 736 students from middle school, we made norm for measurement score analysis.
