청소년 정보통신윤리지수 개발 및 타당화

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 정보통신윤리 행동 개선을 위한 정보통신윤리지수를 개발하고 적용하여 타당성을 입증하기 위한 것이다. 정보통신윤리 교육의 목적이 청소년들 스스로가 정보화 사회에서 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하고 올바른 행동을 할 수 있도록 정보통신윤리와 관련한 문제 행동을 예방하고 치유하는 것이라고 본다면, 이를 위해 청소년의 정보통신윤리 문제 행동 수준을 측정할 수 있는 정보통신윤리지수의 개발이 무엇보다 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 개발한 척도의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 중고등학생에게 적용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 문항에 내포하고 있는 다양한 문제점을 해소할 수 있었고, 최종 선정된 척도의 신뢰도가 .935로 높게 나타났으며, 타당도 분석을 위한 탐색적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 이용한 확인적 요인분석 결과에서 통계적 기준치를 상회하는 안정된 결과가 나타났다. 또한 개발한 척도를 계량화하기 위해 가중치를 부여하여 정보통신윤리지수를 도출하였으며, 정보통신윤리지수의 상대적 해석의 편리성을 위해 전국 단위로 표집을 추출하여 규준집단을 만들고, 표준점수(T)로 변환하여 정보통신윤리지수 표준점수를 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 정보통신윤리지수 규준표를 작성하고 해석의 기준을 제시하여 응답자가 규준집단 내에서 자신의 정보통신윤리지수의 상대적 위치를 확인할 수 있으며 해석 기준을 통하여 쉽게 알아 볼 수 있도록 하였다. 최종적으로 청소년의 정보통신윤리지수를 통하여 교사는 학생 개개인의 정보통신윤리 행동 변화 수준을 확인하여 맞춤형 교육을 진행하거나 개별 상담 활동을 통하여 청소년의 정보통신윤리 행동 변화를 유도할 수 있도록 하였다.
Abstract
The study aims to develop and apply Information and Communication Ethics(ICE) Index to improve ICE Behavior of adolescents, and to prove their validity. Considering that the ultimate goal of ICE Education is to prevent and cure problem behaviors related to ICE in order to make adolescents draw a line between ethical and unethical things and do the right thing on their own in information-oriented society, it is needed, above all, to develop ICE Index that can measure the level of ICE Problem Behaviors of adolescents. In this regard, the study made an empirical analysis of the developed index by applying it to middle and high school students in order to secure its reliability and validity. As a result, a number of problems contained in the items could be solved, the reliability of the finally-selected index turned out to be as high as .935, and a Exploratory Factor Analysis to analyze its validity and a Confirmatory Factor Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling showed a stabilized result exceeding the statistical standard level. Also, the study presented ICE Index with weighted value in order to quantify the developed Index, and also came up with ICE Index Standard T-score by extracting samples on a nationwide level, setting up standard groups and converting them to Standard T-score for the convenience of relative interpretation of ICE Index. The study, based on that, created a standard table for ICE Index and presented criteria for interpretation, which will help respondents confirm the relative position of their ICE Index within their standard group and easily recognize it through criteria for interpretation. Finally, the ICE Index enables teachers to provide customized education by confirming the change and level of ICE Behaviors of each student or to induce changes in ICE Behaviors of teenagers with individual counselling activities.
