이 연구에서는 2030년 우리나라 초·중등학교의 교육평가가 나아가야 할 방향을 탐색하기 위하여 국내외 교육평가 변화 관련 선행 연구를 분석하고 교육 분야와 미래학, 공학을 포함한 전문가들을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 문헌 분석과 두 차례에 걸친 델파이 조사 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라의 미래 초·중등학교 교육평가의 방향을 학생의 성장과 학습 과정을 돕는 평가, 개인 맞춤형 평가, 과학기술 활용 평가의 세 가지로 정리하였다. 이를 실천하기 위한 방안으로 학생, 학부모, 교사 등 교육주체들의 미래 사회와 이를 대비하기 위한 교육평가 변화에 대한 인식 개선, 초-중-고등학교와 대입전형까지를 연계하는 평가 체제로의 전환, 그리고 과학기술과 다양한 평가 방법의 적극적 활용을 통한 교사의 평가 전문성 신장을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study explored the future directions and visions for educational assessments of elementary and secondary school in Korea. For this study, literature reviews and Delpi survey on educational assessments in 21st century were conducted. The results were as follows: 1) in order to fulfill the directions of future educational assessment in Korea 2030, more process centered assessment which lead students as well as teachers to improve. 2) cutting-edge scientific technology and sophisticated skills should be utilized in educational assessment, 3) more customized assessments should be used and considered individual characteristics, interests, aptitudes, specialities and personal situations and circumstances. To sum up, three practical strategies were suggested: 1) in order to accomplish the future direction and visions of educational assessment, it should go through the process of public opinion on which the directions can be shared in the national level. 2) the current educational assessment system should be changed and new assessment system that we point out should be carried out in schools. 3) promising measures should be suggested to enhance teacher’s professionalism of educational assessment.
