구성주의 도덕교육론을 통해 본 북한의 사회주의도덕 연구

초록

본 연구는 북한의 학교 도덕교육을 있는 그대로 보고, 이를 구성주의 도덕교육론의 관점에서 조명해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 통합적 인격교육론과 구성주의 이론의 장점을 수렴한 구성주의적 도덕교육론을 정립하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 북한의 도덕교육 내용을 분석하기 위한 분석틀을 도출하여 북한의 『사회주의도덕교수안』,『사회주의도덕 교수참고서』, 『사회주의도덕』을 분석하였다. 분석은 크게 두 수준으로 이루어졌다. 하나는 북한 도덕교육의 목표가 교과서에 어떻게 구현되고 있는지에 초점을 두어 북한의 도덕교육을 있는 그대로 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 수령에 대한 충실성, 김정일애국주의 정신, 집단주의 애호 정신, 반제반봉건 사상의식, 계급투쟁의식, 일상생활 예절, 공중도덕과 사회주의 준법 교양의 측면에서 교과서 내용을 분석하였다. 다른 하나는 구성주의 도덕교육론의 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 분석 결과로서 첫째, 통합적 도덕성을 추구하지만, 정의적 도덕성이 강조된다는 점, 둘째, 체제순응형의 덕목이 강조된다는 점, 셋째, 학습자들의 생활세계를 중시한다는 점, 넷째, 반성적 추상화가 부재한다는 점, 다섯째, 협동적 대화 활동보다는 질의응답형이라는 점, 여섯째, 수령의 교시가 판단의 유일한 준거라는 점 등을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to view North Korea's school moral education as it is and to consider it in terms of constructivist moral education theory. In order to do this, this paper formulated a constructivist moral education theory that integrates the merits of integrated personality education theory and constructivist theory. Based on this, we drew up an analysis framework for analyzing North Korea's moral education contents and analyzed the North's socialist morality teaching plan as a teacher's manual and socialism morality textbooks. The analysis was done at two levels. One is to focus on how North Korean moral education is being implemented in textbooks so as to see North Korean moral education as it is. This study analyzed the textbook contents in terms of fidelity to Suryung(the leader), patriotism of Kim Jong-il, collectivism, anti-capitalism thought, class struggle consciousness, daily life etiquette, public morality and the education of law observance. The other was to analyze from the viewpoint of the moral education theory of the constructivism. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it seeks integrated morality but emphasizes moral justice. Second, the virtue of system adaptation is emphasized. Third, it emphasizes the life world of learners. Fifth, there is no content related to reflective abstraction. Fifth, there are more questions and answers than cooperative dialogue activities. Sixth, the teaching of the Suryung(the leader) is presented as the only criterion of judgment.
