비장애인의 장애인 스포츠 참여 정도가 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향:장애인 댄스스포츠 참여를 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine influence of participation in a wheelchair dance sport of people without disabilities on disability acceptance attitude. A total of 246 surveys were distributed and collected from three groups as following: people without disabilities who have no previous participating experience in a wheelchair dance sport, people without disabilities who had participated in a wheelchair dance sport as a volunteer, and people without disabilities who participated in a wheelchair dance sport as a partner. Results indicated as following. First, there were significant differences in unconditional rejection between a group of partners and other groups. Second, there were significant differences in a distorted coincident factor between a group of partners and other groups. Third, there were significant differences in inferred emotional disabilities between a group of partners and other groups, but a group of volunteers the most positively responded. Fourth, there were significant differences in tension from contact between a group of partners and other groups, but a group of volunteers the most negatively responded. Lastly, there were significant differences in authoritarian attitude between a group with no experience and other groups. Based on these results, we concluded that participation in a wheelchair dance sports is the most effective to obtaining positive cognition of disability acceptance attitude.
