통합휠체어댄스프로그램이 지체장애인의 신체적 자아개념에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of inclusive wheelchair dance program on the changes of physical self-concept (sports confidence, external feature, body fat/slim, flexibility, stamina, self-esteem, health, physical activity) of persons with physical disability. The experimental procedure was composed pre-test, treatment of experiment, and post-test with an inclusive wheelchair dance program being implemented 4 days per week, for 10 weeks. Physical self-concept were measured during pre and post test. Data were analyzed using two-way repeated ANOVA . After the inclusive wheelchair dance program, sports confidence, external feature, body fat/slim, stamina, self-esteem and physical activity were significant interaction among group and time. In conclusion, this study showed that the 10-week inclusive wheelchair dance program of persons with physical disability increased sports confidence, external feature, body fat/slim, stamina, self-esteem and physical activity. It could be considered as one of effective ways for the inclusive setting program and increasing quality of life of persons with physical disability .
