본 연구는 지체장애학생들이 지각하고 있는 장애수용과 운동태도가 배경변인에 따라 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 장애수용과 운동태도 변인간의 다차원적 관계를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 K도에 소재한 H대학의 지체장애학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 만 20세 이상 129명의 반응은 심리측정적 타당성 검증을 거친 평정척도를 통하여 얻어졌다. 다변인분산 분석(MANOVA) 결과, 지체장애학생의 장애수용은 성별, 장애유형, 장애등급에 따라 차이가 나타났으며, 운동태도는 성별에서 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 통한 변인간의 관계를 조사한 결과, 사회적 장애수용은 운동태도의 사회적 가치학습 요인을 설명하고 있으며, 신체적 장애수용은 운동태도의 운동 유능감 요인과 건강과 체력 요인을 설명하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지체장애학생들의 향후 사회적 적응 측면과 관련하여 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between acceptance disability and exercise attitudes, as well as to examine the differences of acceptance disability and exercise attitudes in students with physical disabilities according to the backgrounds. The subjects were selected 129 university students with physical disabilities(aged 20 and above) at H-university in G-province. The MANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted to assess the results. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the acceptance disability of students with physical disabilities was presented differently by gender, type of disability, and degree of disability, however exercise attitudes was shown differently by gender. Secondly, social adjustment had significant effects on studying social values of exercise attitudes domain. Besides, the acceptance of physical disabilities had significant effects on perceived motor competence, health, and physical fitness of exercise attitudes domain. These results were discussed in terms of future social adaptation of students with physical disabilities.
