Vibrio vulnificus균에서 단백질 가수분해 효소의 활성과 생성에 대한 연구

Abstract

The human pathogenic proteolytic enzyme of Vibrio vulnificus on marine bacterium, were examined various conditions. The highest activities enzyme was occured from the culture on 72 hours, and this enzyme has fall into speedily death phase, in brain heart infusion broth media. The proteolytic enzymes were activelly activated in 1 % concentration of sodium chloride and does not activated more than high concentration of NaCl and that was also required for the good growth conditions of the Vibrio organism. This proteolytic enzyme has worked activelly activaties in temperature from 30℃ to 60℃ and best temperature was 43℃ in pH 8.5 of alkali condition pH of enzyme substrate. So the Vibrio vulnificus’ protease was thought alkaline protease and that was best activates working in pH 8.5 and 43 ℃ of temperature.Keywords : Vibrio vulnificus. protease activity, NaCl, thermophilic, optimum temperature, protease optimum pH, NaCl optimum tolerance.
