수혜기업 사례분석을 통한 IT중소기업 정책융자금의 지원효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 IT기술개발 관련 정책융자금 지원을 받은 3개의 IT중소기업을 대상으로 연구배경, 연구내용 및 성과, 연구활용도 및 파급효과를 분석하고, Porter 교수의 다이아몬드 모델과 가치사슬을 이용하여 기업 경쟁력 강화 및 부가가치 창출에 어떻게 기여하고 있는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 IT중소기업 CEO 역량의 중요성과 함께 IT중소기업에 대한 정부의 정책융자금이 기업의 경쟁력강화 및 IT산업 발전에 이바지하고 있음을 간접적으로 시사하고 있으며, 나아가 본 사업에 대한 정책적 지원 지속 및 확대의 필요성을 강조하고 있다.
Abstract
This paper includes several analyses on reason for application, developing technologies, derived performances, degree of application, impacts on company growth concerning 3 IT SME with government supporting loan funded by National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Using the diamond model and added value chain (Porter, 1990), this study intends to look into importance of CEO’s capability in IT companies and how these loans contribute to the competitive abilities and added value of IT companies. Through this, the study indirectly implies the government supporting loan contributes to the development of IT industry on the whole. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the need for budget raising of loan on IT SMEs.
