IT중소기업 정책융자금의 지원성과 및 파급효과: 5개 기업 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 R&D 기술개발의 중요성에 비해 자금조달이 어려운 IT중소기업의 현 금융환경 하에서 정보통신응용기술개발지원사업의 유용성을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 지원받은 IT중소기업들에게 본 사업의 융자지원금이 얼마나 긴요하게 사용되었는가를 5개 지원과제 사례를 들어 접근하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 융자사업 참여를 통해 기술개발 연구에 매진하게 된 배경, 연구개발 내용 및 성과, 연구활용도 및 파급효과를 면밀히 검토하고 이들 수혜기업들의 성장이 우리들의 미래생활상에 미칠 영향들을 분석함으로써 정보통신응용기술개발지원사업과 같은 정책융자지원이 IT중소기업의 기술개발 및 기업성장에 이바지 하는 메커니즘을 이해하는 데에 도움을 주고자 한다.
Abstract
This paper intends to look into the usefulness of policy supporting loan for developing IT applied technology under current financial environment that it is difficult for IT-related Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) to finance funds despite of the importance of Research & Development. Five different examples are analyzed to show how the policy supporting loan has been usefully contributed to the IT SMEs in this paper. To be specific, this paper explains reasons for concentrating on R&D by participating in this policy supporting loan, R&D related contents, technical outputs, economic outcomes and impact effects. Futhermore through forecasting human's future life changed by these enterprises, we will recognize the mechanism of policy supporting loan to help IT-related SMEs to develop technology and strategy for growth.
