지속가능 경영기업의 주가와 KOSPI지수와의 상호연관성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 한국거래소(KRX)에서 제공한 7개 상장기업의 주가와 KOSPI지수를 사용하여지속가능경영기업의 주가와 KOSPI지수와의 상호연관성을 VAR모형을 이용하여 그랜저인과관계분석과 충격반응함수분석을 실시하였다. 먼저, 그랜저 인과관계 분석결과 KOSPI 지수는 KB금융, SK케미칼과 하나금융지주에 대하여 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, LG화학, KT, 현대건설, KCC에 대하여는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, KB금융, 하나금융지주와 KCC는 KOSPI지수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 충격반응함수 분석결과 분석대상인 지속가능경영기업의 주가는 KOSPI지수에 대하여 일정시차까지 영향을 미치다가 이후 사라지는 것으로 나타났으며, KOSPI지수도 지속가능경영기업의주가에 일정시차까지 영향을 미치다가 사라지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 처음으로 지속가능경영기업 대상을 수상한 기업들의 주가와 KOSPI지수간의 상호연관성을 분석하였다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 향후 다양한 후속연구에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This paper examines the relationship between the stock price of 7 publicly traded companies and the level of KOSPI index and differences in the 432 daily samples from January 1, 2013 to September 30, 2017 provided by the Korea Exchange (KRX) I used the VAR model to analyze the Grandeur causal relationship and the impact response function of the Sustainable Management Company (KOSPI). First, the analysis of Grandeur causality showed that the KOSPI index had an impact on KB Financial Group, SK Chemicals and Hana Financial Group, but it did not affect LG Chemistry, KT, Hyundai Construction and KCC. As a result of the analysis of the impact response function, the stock price of the sustainable management company to be analyzed is affected by a certain time lag and disappears after the KOSPI index, and the KOSPI index also moves to a certain time lag. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the correlation between KOSPI index and stock price of companies that have been awarded Sustainability Management Award for the first time in Korea and it will contribute to various follow - up studies in the future.
