초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the inter-organizational formal control on the supply chain performance and the moderating role of the inter-organizational justice on the relationship. This study collected 69 questionnaires from manufacturing companies in Korea and use the multiple linear regression modeling, Fisher’s Z-test and structural equation modeling. We find that the level of inter-organizational formal control influence the supply chain performance. Specifically, inter-organizational formal control is positively (negatively) related to supply chain performance when perceived inter-organizational justice is low(high). This study uses conventional multiple linear regression models for the analysis and structural equation models to validates the relationship between supply chain control and performance. We provide that : supply chain members can coordinate formal control and justice when conducting inter-group control based on the findings of this study to achieve improved supply chain performance.

This study uses conventional multiple linear regression models for the analysis and structural equation models to validates the relationship between supply chain control and performance. We provide that : supply chain members can coordinate formal control and justice when conducting inter-group control based on the findings of this study to achieve improved supply chain performance.
