Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of inclusive leadership on job engagement and voice behavior, as well as to verify the mediating role of psychological safety and the moderating role of perceived organizational support in these relationships. Data for the study were collected through a survey administered to employees of public and private enterprises located in Gangwon Province. A total of 272 responses were used for the final analysis.
