초록
In Spanish, HABER serves as an impersonal verb in the third person singular to denote existence. This impersonal verb HABER is similar to the English existential construction THERE IS. But the constructions THERE IS in English use different ways from the constructions HABER in Spanish. English employ THERE IS or THERE ARE. The third person singular forms of the existential verb HABER in all tenses are impersonal. In this paper, we have supposed that Y in the verb HABER is derived from the Lexicon. In Syntax, we have proposed that the existential constructions with HABER are derived from the possesive verb TENER. The existential clitic Y incorporate to the possesive verb.
