This paper shows a method to achieve Japanese-Mongolian machine translation system. Due to the insistence on the inflexibility of the Japanese derivational grammar, it analyzes Japanese suffixes again. After changing Japanese stems and suffixes into Mongolian stems and suffixes, it uses Mongolian pronunciation rules to process and produce phrases.
