This article starts with the three intonation features of Mongolian, including declarative intonation, interrogative intonation, and focal stress, to examine the fitting degree of the PENTA intonation model. The study mainly adopted a intonational synthesis method based on intonation function annotation, analyzing whether the PENTA intonation model can accurately fit Mongolian intonation features from three dimensions: acoustic parameter comparison between original intonation features and synthesized intonation features, overall intonation trend comparison, and synthesis effect comparison. The research results are relatively ideal. This model not only accurately reproduces the fundamental frequency characteristics of interrogative intonation and focal stress, but also avoids individual differences without communicative function and instantaneous changes in F0 during the fitting process. This result has high practical significance for subsequent research on intonation using the PENTA model.
