Abstract
The purpose of this study is to search how the business of public rental multi-family housing is currently being operated, to survey residential satisfaction and to seek what is the difference by the characteristic of demographics or tenants. The Results of the study are as follows. First, management actor should constantly checked up direct-indirect factors related to life of tenants as well as resolved quickly when something happens because a good residential environment satisfaction has a positive impact on the overall residential satisfaction. Second, if rental housing management is effective, residential satisfaction would increased. Therefore, the management actor needs to improve management system in order to reflect the opinions of residents. Third, the more tenants establish relationship with neighbors, the more residential satisfaction increases. So, through the active exchanges with neighbors, community service and tenant meetings, the movement in making good neighbors exercises will be activated. Finally, if the tenants are willing to move out, residential satisfaction would decreased. Therefor it is necessary to consider that resolve the problem. Also, a lot of improvements would have to be made before public rental housing system is suitable for changing the balance of housing, or changing the location, the ability to pay.
