Abstract
Though resident satisfaction researches in Seoul have been studied since 1994, the research methods and results are not consistent because the research is too much focused on scientific methodologies. To avoid these problems, the research tried to confirm personal constructs with the residents of Hapchun-county by conducting interviews. This interviews elicited proper indicators for the study. By using these indicators, questionnaire scales were also developed and surveyed. And then, the raw data was analyzed for a relevant model as a structural equation. The model was very optimistic to explain its actual administrative situations. Therefore, the research could illustrate a research methodology and a model for resident satisfaction examinations in local governments with a little investments and struggles.
