초록
This study is firstly to discuss the relationship of body, language, ethics, identity, and dialogue by delving into the existential structure of human life and secondly to suggest an autobiographical inquiry as a truthful way of ethical identity- shaping. Chapter 1 discusses that human understanding including ethics is firmly grounded in the lived experience of the body because ethics is originated from the bodied existence. Chapter 2 clarifies that the essence of human identity-shaping is to recover one’s bodied existence through existential language because one’s identity-shaping is also originated from the bodied existence. Chapter 3 recognizes that dialogue is the fundamental structure and method which enables one to interact with one’s body-I and others based on the life spaces where one is concretely situated as a body-subject. Finally, this study suggests that the process of the dialogue with my body-I is not only the essence of autobiographical inquiry but also a truthful way of ethics education.
