독일 시민교육의 우리나라 초·중등 예비교사 시민교육 역량 강화 교육에의 함의

독일 시민교육의 특징은 삶의 조건으로서 다양성 수용, 학생의 민주적 의사결정을 일상의 학교 문화와 제도로서 존중, 학교와 사회 시민교육의 일관성과 상보성이다. 독일 시민교육에서 우리나라 초중등 예비교사의 시민교육 역량 강화에 대한 함의로서 교사의 시민교육 역량 구인 연구 활성화, 예비교사의 시민교육 역량을 강화하는 교사교육 혁신, 학교 안팎 시민교육의 유기적 상호작용에 대한 사회적 합의와 촉진 체제 확립, 시민교육에 대한 사회적 합의 형성과 책임 있는 준수를 위한 절차 마련을 들 수 있다.
Abstract
The characteristics of German citizenship education are the acceptance of diversity as a condition of life, respect for democratic decision-making of students as a school culture and institutions of everyday life, and coherent and complementary promotion of school and social civic education. In Germany's citizenship education, as a means to strengthen the citizenship education competencies of Korean elementary and secondary school teachers, it is possible to revitalize the research on the teacher's citizenship education competencies, to innovate teacher education to strengthen the civil education capacity of preservice teachers, and to socialize the organic interaction between citizenship education in and out of school. Establishing consensus and facilitation systems, establishing social consensus on citizenship education and establishing procedures for responsible compliance.
