인공지능에 의해 창출된 부의 재분배에 관한 고찰:인공지능윤리교육에 주는 시사

초록

본 연구는, 인공지능 기술과 빅데이터의 밀접한 관련을 염두에 두고, 인공지능에 의해 창출된 부의 공정한 분배방식을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. ‘공적’과 ‘우선성’의 원칙을 중심으로 검토한 본 연구 결과에 따르면, 인공지능이 생산한 이윤은 공적을 인정하는 ‘합리성’과 최소 수혜자를 고려하는 ‘도덕성’을 둘 다 충족시키는 방향으로 분배되어야 한다. 이에, 빅데이터 시대의 인공지능윤리교육은 개인의 프라이버시 보호와 같은 사적 영역에 국한되지 않고 분배정의의 관점에서 그 과제와 방향을 적극적으로 모색할 필요가 있다.

Abstract

The advent of artificial intelligence based on big data has highlighted various ethical issues related to distributive justice. The purpose of this study is to reveal how fair distribution of wealth generated by artificial intelligence is achieved, with the close relationship between artificial intelligence technology and big data. According to this study, which reviewed the two principles of distribution, namely ‘merit’ and ‘priority’, the wealth produced by artificial intelligence should be distributed in a way that satisfies two factors: recognition of merit and consideration of the least advantaged. Therefore, AI ethics education in the era of big data should pay due attention to promoting the common good beyond dealing with topics such as protecting individual privacy.
