본 연구는 대인관계 갈등 해결 능력 함양을 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 갈등의 인지적 요인으로 작용하는 프레임과 비합리적 신념에 대해 분석한다. 프레임과 비합리적 신념은 사건을 해석하는 데 있어 영향을 미치고 때로 오해와 갈등을 발생시키는 원인으로 작용하여 상호 소통과 이해를 어렵게 할 수 있다. 대인관계에서 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 자신의 프레임과 비합리적 신념을 탐색하고 성찰하는 과정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 엘리스의 논박과 ABCDE 모형을 토대로 대인관계 갈등 해결 능력 함양을 위한 도덕교육 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the frame and irrational beliefs that act as cognitive factors of conflict in order to prepare a method to develop conflict resolution skills. Frame and Irrational Beliefs influence the interpretation of events and sometimes act as a cause of misunderstandings and conflicts, making it difficult to communicate and understand. In order to solve problems arising from interpersonal relationships, it is necessary to explore and reflect on one's own frame and irrational beliefs. To this end, this study proposes a moral education method that can develop conflict resolution skills in interpersonal relations based on Ellis’s ABCDE model and Disputing method.
