Abstract
The collective action or walkout of doctors is eroding the doctor-patient relationship and damaging patients' trust in doctors. As a result, a barrage of blame and criticism has been leveled against doctors. However, there are also a considerable number of misunderstandings, leading doctors to complain that they are being treated unfairly. This paper, as a means to restore the patient-doctor relationship and recover trust, examines the causes of this confusing situation from the perspective of medical professional ethics and investigates how its application can contribute to the establishment of medical professional ethics. It addresses issues such as outdated medical ethics, the intervention of non-professionals in professional ethics, the correlation between specialized knowledge and medical professional ethics, and misunderstandings about the right to life.
