유가철학에서 간호의 돌봄 윤리 모색

최근 배려윤리가 주지 주의적 정의윤리를 비판하고 새로운 대안윤리로 등장하면서 간호윤리에서도 상당부분 이를 수용하고 있다. 그러나 생명과 관련된 복잡하면서도 긴급한 간호 상황에서는 배려윤리를 적용하면서도 진정한 도덕적 갈등이나 딜레마까지를 해결할 수 있는 간호 상황의 돌봄 윤리가 필요하다. 즉 간호의 돌봄 윤리는 보편성과 특수성(관계성상황성구체성 등)을 동시에 만족시키는 통합적 모델로서 매 순간 도덕적 감수성으로 인한 실천행위의 지침을 제공 할 수 있는 실천윤리이어야 하겠다. 유가윤리는 모든 윤리적 원리나 규범을 인정하지만 그것들을 절대적으로 받아들이지 않고 상황에의 적합성을 윤리의 문제로 삼는다. 그리고 사회적 관계 속에서의 仁의 실천은 자기가 원하지 않는 것을 남에게 하지 않는 타자에 대한 돌봄, 즉 나의 마음을 미루어 상대방의 마음을 헤아리는 것으로 개인의 심성확충을 통해 나와 너의 수평적 관계에서 자연스럽게 사회공동체 윤리와 조화를 이루어 나간다. 또한 도덕적 딜레마를 해결하기 위해 절대적인 삶의 원리로서 仁을 제시하고 있으며 경과 권 그리고 선의 방식을 사용하여 그 적절함과 올바름을 동시에 지켜 나간다. 곧 유가윤리는 경에 따라 시비를 판단하고, 권을 사용함으로써 시비판단을 상황에 적용시켜 융통성을 모색하면서 결국 개인과 사회에 이익이 되는 선을 추구한다. 그러므로 유가윤리는 옳음과 좋음의 통합 즉, 보편윤리와 목적윤리의 통합을 지향하면서 仁을 절대적 삶의 원리로 제시하여 恕의 실천행위를 제시하고 있는 것이다. 이처럼 다양하면서도 역동적인 가치규범과 실천규범을 이끌어 온 유가의 윤리덕목은 그 범위가 매우 넓고 다양하여 간호의 돌봄 윤리를 위한 동양의 새로운 통합적인 모델이 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The care ethics is regarded as developing and alternative ethics to the rule-based ethics that have dominated the west, and estimated as a new and effective ethics against the moral crisis. Also nursing ethics is moderately accepted the care ethics of the west. But complexity situation of nursing need to caring not only care ethics but also ethics of resolution to moral conflict or dilemma. The ethics which integrates universality with particularity seems to be the reasonable ethics in the nursing situation. Emphasized by the confucian ethics means is not the holding on to the fixed norm or the leaning to one extreme but the adaptability to the time and circumstances. The practice of Ren(仁) in social relations means the care to other people and naturally aims to harmonize with the ethics of social community through extending the sphere of personal ethics. Confucian ethics showed Ren(仁) as the best principle of life to resolution of the moral dilemmas. It is supposed to be a continuum of the distinguishing between right and wrong according to the Ching(經) and the groping for accommodations by means of the Kuan(權) with searching for the Sun(善). It tells us that the Confucian ethics is oriented toward the integration of the rightness and goodness. The ethical clauses in Confucianism have various and dynamic norms and practical standards, and its range is very wide. Such norms show the unified and universal moral practice, organically related with Ren(仁) as an essence. It is said to be coherent to the nursing care as a new reasonable ethics in the pluralistic society.
